The services provided by The Rockefeller University's Online Application System ("OAS") are subject to the following Terms of Use.  The Rockefeller University reserves the right to modify the OAS and these Terms of Use at any time without notice, and without liability to you or to any third party.

As you complete your application on the OAS, you will be asked to enter personal information.  This information will be used solely for the processing and evaluation of your application for The Center for Clinical and Translational Science (CCTS) at The Rockefeller University and will be shared only with Rockefeller University personnel engaged in the evaluation process.  Contact information such as email addresses will be used only for the purpose of communicating with you and your listed references regarding your application.

The OAS is for your personal, non-commercial use.  You may not use the OAS for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use.  You may not modify, copy, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the OAS.  You may not use the OAS in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair any Rockefeller University server, or the network(s) connected to any Rockefeller University server, or interfere with any other party's use of the OAS.

You must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the registration form.  You will be asked to select a password.  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.  You are also solely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your password or account.  You must notify The Rockefeller University immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security, and you may be held liable for any injury or loss that occurs before you notify The Rockefeller University.  The Rockefeller University will not be liable for any injury or loss as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge.
